Our vision is to provide a home away from home, so you know your pooch is getting the highest level of care. At WAG, dogs are our priority. We know the importance of well-balanced play time, mixed with brain-stimulating activities and, of course, plenty of R&R time.

We pride ourselves on our staff to dog ratio during playtime. With small groups rotating between nap and play, our playgroups have a ratio of 1:7 staff to dog - the best in Christchurch. This allows us to spend more quality time with your dog, as well as maintaining a calm and safe environment for all. Small groups also give us a great opportunity to have a lot of fun and learn some new skills through brain stimulating games.

At WAG we use the latest in dog handling and training techniques with an emphasis on positive reinforcement. Our staff are trained to read your dog’s body language to help them feel comfortable with their furry new friends.
